Our Mission
We specialise in creating custom kitchens, dressing rooms, media rooms and home offices, using only the finest materials and upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship.
From kitchen larder cupboards to walk-in wardrobes and media consoles, we design and manufacture timeless, stylish pieces, all tailored to meet your individual needs. Nothing we make is taken from a catalogue. Every carcass is cut for the room it will live in, every door sprayed to a colour chosen for the light in that particular house.
Behind the Brand
Two careers that had no business meeting, and a kitchen that made them.
In 2021 Steven Ross and Geoffrey Hagger founded Union Bespoke, bringing their expertise together to create luxury bespoke cabinetry. Inspired by that gap in the market, they joined forces to combine Geoffrey's craftsmanship with Steven's eye for design and detail.

Geoffrey Hagger
Geoffrey's career began as an apprentice in the furniture industry, where he honed his skills from sweeping and sanding to becoming a senior designer and furniture maker.
He later launched GeoffreyG Design, and his Sussex workshop blends advanced machine technology with traditional craftsmanship. Over time, Geoffrey built a loyal clientele including architects and both commercial and residential customers. Now he has partnered with Steven to share his design expertise with a broader audience.

Steven Ross
Steven's career began in clothing manufacturing, where he supplied high-end brands on the High Street. He also owned and operated Tommy Guns, a celebrity hairdressing salon in Soho, and Johnny's Chop Shop, a men's barbershop whose haircare products sold in over 20 countries.
Alongside these ventures Steven ran a property development company, where he crossed paths with Geoffrey. After Geoffrey designed the kitchen and furniture for Steven's own home, the pair recognised a gap in the market for beautifully crafted, luxury bespoke cabinetry that blends style with modern functionality.

A factory and showroom in Ditchling.
Clients are invited to experience our craftsmanship first hand. You can meet with us here, or at your home, to discuss your project's unique requirements.
We also collaborate closely with architects and interior designers to ensure the best results. Our complimentary design service helps you visualise our proposed designs, giving you a clear understanding of what will work best for your space.
From concept to completion we provide a comprehensive interior service, including the design, supply and installation of bespoke cabinetry tailored to your needs.
